The ASSOCIATION OF ENCLOSURE COMPANIES of Galicia, AECALPO ( for its acronym in Spanish) was re-established on 23 July 2004 as a consequence of the transformation of the previous Aluminium Carpentry Employers Association in the province of Pontevedra, entity founded on 14 September 1996, thanks to the concerns about a reduced group of employers that wanted to improve the damaged image of the sector.

From that date on the association has done a long way that have come to fruition in a CONSOLIDATED ASSOCIATION that is able to offer added values in its management to the companies that are part of it.

AECALPO has adequate installations for the development of its activities, formative and informative and has highly qualified personnel to solve any required contingency.

The aims of the company are defined in the article 6 of the Associative Statutes in force, so among other mandates it must:

* Represent, defend and promote the socio-economic interest of the associated companies.
* Promote the rights, interests and prestige of the represented sector.
* Establish and empower common interests.
* Encourage the vocational, corporate and social training.
* Act as the spokesman before any kind of authorities or organisms.

To sum up, to bring the enclosure sector together to give a sense of more professionalism, to get the empowerment of its HUMAN RESOURCES, to get the improvement of the IT CAPABILITIES and to achieve the optimization of the ECONOMIC RESOURCES.

Its negotiation policy with entities and companies specialized in specific professional activities, through permanent collaboration agreements, allows covering nearly any aspect of the corporate activity.
